Simon Jarman and Charlie Wallace first crossed paths in the Middle East, where they formed a close bond over their combined desire to provide healthcare services with high quality affordable systems and solutions. Their similar views on the industry they were working in – what could be improved and, more importantly, how – created an immediate professional kinship.
But the real connection and the decision to form Cumulus Healthcare Solutions together came from the 'why'; the passion to improve the outcomes of healthcare services that would ultimately benefit their patients. It is this passion that underpins Simon and Charlie's mission.
Simon Jarman
Director
Simon is a clinical costing, health funding and health analytics specialist with over 26 years of experience working with hospitals and health services across Australia, Turkey, England, Ireland, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East.
Simon has delivered key strategic reviews and developmental projects related to hospital costing and healthcare funding in Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. He has a detailed knowledge of hospital costing and health funding at a strategic and operational level that he has applied throughout his career to enhance the implementation and operation of costing systems and processes.
Charlie Wallace
Director
Charlie is a PLICs subject matter expert, with more than 15 years’ experience in Value Based Healthcare, working across multiple countries, healthcare settings and market maturities.
Charlie brings significant expertise in Healthcare Costing, Pricing, Income, Funding, Strategy, Business Intelligence, DRG Grouping and Casemix. Charlie is leading the development of Cumulus’ software.
